1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Samtal Software Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your download, access, and use of the Aldren Cue software application, desktop client, and associated online services (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, installing, registering, or subscribing to the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Aldren Cue is a native desktop and web software application providing real-time on-device speech transcription, eye-level prompter display, and contextual talking points during meetings, technical evaluations, customer discussions, and interviews.

3. Subscriptions, Pricing & Billing Terms

• Payment Partner: All payments, recurring subscription mandates, and transaction receipts are securely processed via our licensed payment partner, Cashfree Payments India Private Limited.
• Auto-Renewal & Cancellation: Paid subscriptions renew automatically every month until canceled. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time with a single click from the Account or Settings modal. Your Pro access remains fully active until the conclusion of your current prepaid billing period.
• Refund Policy: Due to immediate provisioning of dedicated computational resources upon purchase, subscriptions are non-refundable for partial or unused billing periods. You may cancel renewal at any time to prevent subsequent charges.

4. Permissible Use & Recording Consent Laws

Because Aldren Cue processes audio 100% locally on your personal device without third-party bots, you retain full operational discretion over your meeting setup.

You represent and warrant that your use of real-time transcription complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international recording and wiretapping consent laws in your jurisdiction (including one-party or all-party consent requirements). You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, deceptive, or defamatory purpose.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• Your Content: You retain complete ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights in and to your uploaded documents, battlecards, meeting notes, and transcripts.
• Company IP: Samtal Software Private Limited retains all rights, title, and interest in and to Aldren Cue, including its source code, desktop clients, user interface designs, proprietary software, and trademarks.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Samtal Software Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
